Level 11 (1,000/2,000/300)
Day 1A Entrants: 111
Players Remaining: 32

Jeff Kester (pictured) continues to climb on Day 1A. After eliminating a player this level, Kester is far and away the chip leader with 250,000.

In a four-way limped pot, action checked to Kester in the cutoff on a flop of K8♠7♣ and he bet 6,000. Mike Cordell called on the button and the big blind folded. A player in early position moved all-in for 19,400 and Kester raised to about 60,000. Cordell took a minute and reluctantly folded.

The early position player turned over K♣Q♠ and Kester was ahead with 8♣7. The J peeled the turn and the 8 river filled up Kester and gave him the pot.

Less than 45 minutes from the end of the night, Kester is far out in front with 250,000 as he looks to bag up the chip lead.
