Things went from bad to worse in a hurry for Scott Buller (pictured). Buller was cut down against Matt Morfitt at the start of the final table and over the course of two hands, was eliminated.

Buller shoved the small blind for 330,000 effective with 8♣6♠ and Ajing Ajing-Ring took a brief moment before calling with KK♠ in the big blind. Buller picked up some life on the Q♠6♣4 flop but improved no further to lose most of his stack.

The next hand, Buller shoved blind with 125,000 on the button and Yash Mudireddy called with 6♠4♠. Buller was ahead with A♠K and the K♣5♣2♣ flop kept him in front. Mudireddy was live with a gutshot and it came home on the 3♣ turn.

Needing a club to chop, Buller missed on the 9 river. Mudireddy chips up to 600,000. With Buller out, the new short stack is Bill Sindelar with 350,000.
