Level 3 (100/200)
Day 1A Entries: 43
There have been dozens who have been a card or two from making a RunGood Main Event final table this fall season and securing their place on the RG Cruise. Mike Marn (pictured) is one of them after finishing 14th in Tulsa last month. Marn was near the chip lead for most of Day 2 play before catching a cold run of cards and bouncing in 14th.
Marn received high praise for his play from RunGood's Dan Lowery, among others, during the tournament and left with a smile despite coming up short of the final table. Most of Marn's tournament results have come inside Downstream and he made the commute over from Joplin, MO to play today.
Given his familiarity with the RG Main Event structure and strong capability on the felt, Marn is a player to keep an eye on throughout Day 1A and perhaps Day 2 if he bags this flight.
