Depending on who you ask, Roy Hill goes by Waffles or Fish.
"That might be a better name," Hill says after someone at the table refers to him as a Pot-Limit Omaha fish.
Hill owns 12 Waffle Houses and says he got into the business because he couldn't find a job after college.
