The RunGood Player of the Year race officially returns for the 2026/27 season, giving players across the RunGood calendar the opportunity to earn points, climb the standings, and ultimately secure their place among the Top Five RunGood Players of the Year.
And this season, the race is bigger than ever.
2026/2027 RunGood Player of the Year Leaderboard
For the first time, all eligible RunGood events will count toward the Player of the Year standings, including results from the previous Passport Season Finale, RunGood Events, and RunGood Poker Series flagship events.
Whether it's a major festival, a standalone RunGood event, or a championship finale, players will have more opportunities than ever to build their résumé and make their run at the Top Five.

The expanded format is designed to recognize the players who consistently perform across the entire RunGood calendar.
The 2026/27 Player of the Year race will include eligible results from:
- The previous RunGood Passport Season Finale
- RunGood Events
- RunGood Poker Series Flagship Events
- Eligible tournaments throughout the 2026/27 RunGood season
With more events contributing points, every deep run has the potential to matter when the final standings are determined.

At the conclusion of the season, the Top Five Players of the Year will earn an exclusive championship package and trip to Thunder Valley Casino Resort for RunGood's annual Hall of Rings celebration.
Each member of the Top Five will receive:

The Hall of Rings weekend is designed to celebrate more than a leaderboard finish. It's a chance to bring the players who defined the RunGood season together under one roof and recognize what they accomplished throughout the year.
The annual Tour Banner will permanently commemorate the Top Five and join the history of players who have earned their place among RunGood's best.
