The 2023 RunGood Poker Series season plays cards with a purpose

Two time Global Poker Awards Best Mid-Major Poker Tour steps into 2023 with Red, White, and Blue

TULSA, OK (January 6, 2023) - The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) marches into 2023 with a new season theme, Checkpoint powered by PokerGO. The season will begin at Hard Rock Casino Tulsa on January 24th and conclude before the start of the World Series of Poker in June. The tour will continue to host its signature events at various stops across the country awarding newly designed 2023 Championship Rings while raising funds for their non-profit partner, Operation Gratitude.

Operation Gratitude is a 501(c)3 organization that provides opportunities for the American people to express their gratitude and show our Military and first responders that what they do matters. Since 2003, they have sent a total of 3.5 million Care Packages containing carefully chosen items meant to boost the morale and resilience of our service members and give them warm reminders of home.

The RunGood Poker Series will be donating $25 in funds per Care Package on behalf of every side-event winner and every Main Event final table player. In addition, limited edition Checkpoint hats will be available for purchase for $25 with all proceeds going towards Operation Gratitude. Every $25 dollars raised, pays for a Care Package to be shipped overseas.

"We are excited to be able to once again partner with Operation Gratitude to send Care Packages overseas" says Tana Karn, President of RunGood. "After everything we've faced the past couple of years weathered by the incredible support of players, it is a proud moment to be able to pay it forward."
