RunGood Trivia Night Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all attendees of the NAPT Las Vegas Player’s Lounge on Friday, November 7, 2025, aged 21 or older.
• Participants must be present in the Player’s Lounge during the trivia round to be eligible to win.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is free and open to anyone in attendance at the RunGood Trivia Night event.
• Participants must join the designated trivia platform or interface at the start of each round (details provided by event hosts).
• Each attendee may participate in both rounds, but may win only one prize seat for the duration of the event.

3. Prize Details

• Each trivia round winner will receive a $550 North American Poker Tour (NAPT) Tournament Seat.
• Two total prizes (one per round) will be awarded.
• The prize seat has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Seats are valid only for designated NAPT Las Vegas events as directed by tournament staff and must be used within the event’s schedule.
• If a winner cannot participate or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant.

4. Winner Selection and Verification

• The winner of each round will be determined based on the highest trivia score as displayed on the trivia leaderboard.
• In the event of a tie, a sudden-death tiebreaker question will determine the winner.
• Winners must present valid photo identification and complete a winner verification form before claiming the prize.
• All decisions made by the event organizers are final and binding.

5. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, winners grant permission to RunGood Poker Series, NAPT, and affiliated media to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. Liability

• Participants agree that RunGood Poker Series, NAPT, PokerStars Live, and their affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the event or acceptance of any prize.
• Winners are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tournament and venue rules.

7. General Conditions

• No purchase necessary.
• RunGood Poker Series reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the organizers.
