A strong showing from the poker community surrounding Council Bluffs brought in a total of 313 entrants in the RunGood Main Event. 144 of those entries came in for Day 1C and the last of them are now in the field with Level 9 underway.
Local players including Michelle Heirs (pictured) did their part to brave the slick roads and jump in the final flight of the RG Main Event.
The prize pool easily surpassed the $100,000 guarantee and put almost $150,000 in. The total figures will be known shortly and posted on the RG blog. First place should be over $30,000 and includes a spot on the Horseshoe Winner's Wall.
