The all-in wager is always an effective one in No Limit tournaments and Papa Karn (pictured) put two of those bets to use on the bubble to chip up.

Jose Yoel Gonzalez Ramirez opened in early position to 13,000 and Papa Karn three-bet to 25,000 in the big blind. Ramirez called and the flop came out QJ7♣. Papa Karn shoved for 66,500 and after a quick soak in the tank, Ramirez folded.

Three hands later, Shane Smith opened under the gun to 16,000 and Papa Karn three-bet to 43,500 in the cutoff. Smith confirmed the bet and checked the 10♠64♠ flop.

Papa Karn moved all-in for 73,500 and Smith found a fold in little time. With those two pots added to his stack, Papa Karn is playing 142,000 and a favorite to reach the money.

The field is down to 31 players and hand-for-hand play is officially underway.
