One can only imagine how the bust out hand for Mike Rieck would have played out had the five remaining players not agreed to a deal. Nonetheless, Rieck went from having Jonathan Nguyen coolered to being on the rail in two seconds in fifth place.
Nguyen opened from under the gun to 90,000 and Rieck three-bet to 210,000 from the small blind. Nguyen then moved all-in, having Rieck slightly covered. Rieck called for his last 1,100,000 and turned over A♦A♥ which had Nguyen chuckling as he flipped K♥K♠.
Despite the massive edge, Rieck could only watch as a king hit the flop. Rieck didn't find another ace and hit the rail with his largest score in a RunGood event.
