The second of three Day 1 flights of the RunGood Old West Main Event at Horseshoe Bossier City hits the trail at noon today. Shaun Bonavita (pictured) bagged up the chip lead in Flight A with 232,000 chips, with RG Pro Ray Henson coming in a close second with 230,000. The competition continues today with the prize pool already past the halfway mark of the $100,000 guarantee.

Players entering the $575 buy-in Main Event will start with 20,000 chips and must survive 12 30-minute levels to reach Sunday's Day 2. Late registration and unlimited re-entry are available until the start of Level 9 (4:30 pm). A full structure sheet can be found here.

The RGPS Old West theme comes with the addition of the big blind ante, guaranteed to give players more hands during their tournament experience. Aside from the cash and glory, the winner of this fall's Main Event also receives a brand new pair of custom cowboy boots from Boot Factory Outlet and a custom belt buckle by Montana Silversmiths.

The RG blog will be here from the first shuffle to the last to bring you updates throughout the event!
