Flight A of the RGPS Main Event at Harrah's North Kansas City drew in 104 players Friday night, with 16 moving on to Day 2 on Sunday. After twelve levels of play, Jonathan Nye has emerged as the Flight A chip leader. Nye also cashed in the Deepstack on Thursday, but is looking to improve on his 34th-place finish there.

Two more flights are scheduled to take place Saturday: Flight B at noon and Flight C at 7 p.m. For those who would like to satellite their way into the Main Event, a $160 turbo satellite is scheduled for 4 p.m. and is guaranteed to award at least 5 seats to the $675 Main Event.
