Level 5 (150/300/25)
Total RG Main Event Entries: 219
Total Day 1B Entries: 142

We were likely to see a few players who played Day 1A but failed to advance back for Day 1B and indeed, that prediction has held to form. Multiple players are here to fire their redemption bullet in hopes of a Day 2 appearance.

Most players started Day 1B expecting to play eight hours or so of poker but Ric Cacho is already nearing that total in Level 5. Cacho played in this morning's satellite and won a seat at the fraction of the $555 buy-in. The first bullet for Cacho was also of the discounted variety as he won a seat in a satellite on Friday. Cacho doesn't have a RunGood score yet but he has done well in main events as proven by his  third place finish in an MSPT Main Event in Tama in November 2015 that earned him over $35,000.

Andre "Aces" Allen took his shot on Day 1A and missed but that probably won't be too much of a hindrance to Allen's confidence. Allen put together $103,000 in tournament earnings in 2016 with a few RunGood scores sprinkled in. Among those cashes was a final table appearance in the August 2016 RunGood Main Event in Council Bluffs that earned Allen $5,400. Armed with a lot of game and a fierce table presence, Allen won't be going down without a fight regardless of where he finishes in this event.
